Brazil: Betting Licences End on 25 October, Supreme Court Has Not Yet Ruled
Under Provisional Measure No. 1,394 all fixed-odds betting licences in Brazil are extinguished on 25 October 2026 with no compensation. Congress and the Supreme Court have not yet settled the measure’s fate.
