Cases

FAQ

Do we need a legal opinion before a token sale?

In most cases, yes. The classification of the token determines the applicable rules, the issuer’s obligations and where the token can be sold. Exchanges and investors also ask for it.

What are a SAFT and a token warrant?

They are early-stage investment instruments under which the investor receives a right to tokens that will be issued later. Which one fits depends on the project stage, jurisdiction and the terms of the round.

Can a DAO operate without a legal structure?

Technically yes, but questions arise about participants’ liability and who signs contracts. We choose a structure that protects participants and lets you work with banks and counterparties.

Shall we discuss your task? We reply within one business day.
