FAQ
Does the EU AI Act apply to our company?
It applies to those who place AI systems on the EU market or whose output is used in the EU, even if the company is based elsewhere. Obligations depend on the system’s risk class, which we help determine.
Who owns the rights to AI-generated content?
It depends on the country: in many jurisdictions protection arises only with a human creative contribution, and the model provider’s terms may restrict use of the output. We review the specific scenario.
Can we train a model on user data?
Only with a legal basis and transparent information for users. This must be reflected in the privacy policy and the terms of use.
